I really appreciated the extra mile Mike and his crew went to repair my mom's back door window recently. It's hard to find services in rural central Illinois, but my I landed on Central, Illinois Glass's website after my first Google search. After a short phone call and some measurements, Mike was able to lay out a timeline of what he needed to do to order the glass, drive the distance to Havana, and install the new safety glass. This was a 3-way repair order that originated in St. Louis, to Mike in Metamora, Illinois, and finished up a week later in Havana, Illinois, and everything went very well without a hitch! Highly recommend doing business with Mike and his team!

I live in the St. Louis area and I needed someone in the central Illinois area to help my mom with replacing the broken glass in her back door. Mike, at Central, Illinois Glass and Mirror, was very responsive and was able to let me know that he would schedule the appointment to set the glass when he received the order. Within a week, we had an appointment made, and Mike arrived on time and performed the repair. Mom was very pleased with the outcome! Really appreciate the excellent customer service!
